Ethan C. Eldon, Founder & CEO

In addition to founding Eldon Associates, Mr. Eldon served as

Commissioner of Air Resources for the City of New York, and as Chair of

the of the New York State Facilities Development Corporation, a major

construction organization.

Active in many professional organizations, he served as President of the

New York State Association of Environmental Professionals, and as Vice

President of the National Association of Air Pollution Control Officials.

A noted speaker at professional conferences, he taught environmental and

transportation planning at the Graduate School of Public Administration of

New York University.

He is also a managing member of Heritage Partners LLC, a real estate

development company.
